What it recreates
Builds a game-specific experience around Dolphin JIT through ModernGekko. Static recompilation remains experimental; the downloadable packages are not a completed static-recompilation port. It is independent of Nintendo and SEGA.
What’s different
Adds a controller-friendly launcher, resolution presets, graphics options, optional button swapping, mod-folder support and room-code netplay. Online VS Battle shares a split-screen view for up to four players.
What you can use today

Steam Deck/Bazzite coverage is incomplete and Windows online play remains untested. Formats use separate save profiles; unlock cheats change saves, so back up first.
