File requirements
Supply your own lawfully acquired USA/Europe Xbox 360 Sonic Free Riders disc image (.iso). The launcher imports the models, textures, audio and movies from it. The author says releases include the recompiled program, not the original game-data files; the project’s GPL license does not license SEGA’s content.

What it recreates
Uses XenonRecomp to translate PowerPC game code into C++ and XenosRecomp for shaders, with a replacement runtime for console services. The project is not affiliated with or endorsed by SEGA or Microsoft.
What’s different
Adds controller/keyboard play, Android touch and tilt controls, graphics options and optional VRM avatars. Windows also offers Kinect and webcam motion input; Kinect v2 still needs hardware gameplay validation.
What you can use today
v0.10.38 adds optional camera-based body tracking to Android and Linux; Android asks for camera permission only when that feature opens a camera. Windows, Linux, Apple silicon Mac, Android and iOS packages are available. Actual camera gameplay on Android/Linux remains untested; validation used stored pictures, and the tested Thor has no camera. Many modes and online/Kinect v2 support still need validation. Apple support is experimental, Mac unnotarized and iOS requires sideloading. RemakeList has not built, installed or played this release.
