What it recreates
Statically recompiles the Switch Link’s Awakening program on the player’s machine. First-run setup builds the game library from their own exefs and romfs; release packages exclude original game code and assets.
What’s different
Adds ultrawide display, dynamic resolution, randomization and map tracking, including Triforce Hunt, room shuffling and cosmetic options.
What you can use today
beta_5.4 is the general Windows, Apple silicon Mac and Linux download, fixing BowWow rendering, grass lines, controller selection and several randomizer faults. The later test-462-arc-2 build is only for Intel Arc issue testing; its fix is not part of beta_5.4. Crashes, unsolvable seeds and widescreen faults remain possible, especially with room shuffling. Linux ARM64 lacks hardware tests; Intel Macs and older Intel integrated GPUs are unsupported. Pre-Beta-5 seed IDs change results. RemakeList has not built, installed or played this release.
