File requirements

Supply your own lawfully obtained lostwsga.zip, the Japan Rev. A set for Sega Model 3 Step 1.5, including the specified ROM files. Other revisions are unsupported; the original game data is not supplied.

Based on public documentation; full builds and playthroughs have not been tested. Project documentation

What it recreates

Statically translates the Model 3 PowerPC game code into C++, with a custom Vulkan renderer and replacement input/runtime. Its sound architecture includes emulated hardware. This is an unofficial project unaffiliated with Sega.

What’s different

Adds widescreen, high-refresh rendering, lighting/weather options, two-player mouse input, controller gyro, and Boss Fight and Survival modes, as described by the author.

What you can use today

No release binary is published. The documented Windows route runs build.bat with your ROM, Python 3 and Visual Studio 2022 C++ build tools; the first build downloads dependencies. Author screenshots show the port, but full-game/device coverage and high-refresh performance are not independently verified. Optional graphics features depend on the GPU. RemakeList has not built or played it.
