What it recreates
Uses PSXRecomp to bring the PlayStation game to Windows and Linux while adding cooperative play.
What’s different
Both heroes share a campaign, with Player 1 owning story progression. Choose a unified camera, local side-by-side views or independent netplay cameras; independent cameras can still slow down.
What you can use today
v1.0.17 is a public beta with Windows x64 and Linux x64 packages. It fixes paired pause menus and several two-player camera/scenery cases. Native memory-card saves carry forward and all netplay players must update; diagnostic recording remains optional and off by default. Independent cameras can still slow down, and online sign-in/startup reports remain under investigation. Linux needs glibc 2.38+. Four-player experiments are separate; no complete campaign, credits sequence or LAN playthrough is established. Supply the unchanged supported US disc. RemakeList has not built, installed or played it.
