What it recreates

Builds on the ReXGlue SDK and earlier PGR4 recompilation work, replacing graphics processing with a native Direct3D 12 renderer. It is an independent, unofficial project.

What’s different

Provides configurable rendering, HDR output, texture filtering and game/renderer settings. Linux development builds cross-compile Windows executables that run through Proton.

What you can use today

v0.3.0 supplies a Windows x64 ZIP with 16:10 rendering, in-game settings, dynamic resolution and optional FidelityFX frame generation. Linux and SteamOS use Proton. Provide your own extracted PGR4 disc and Title Update 2, plus your own optional DLC. Frame generation can present 90 frames from 45 rendered frames; author performance measurements are not a guarantee for every Steam Deck or GPU. RemakeList has not played it.
