What it recreates
Runs statically recompiled Xbox 360 game code through a desktop runtime. The Windows/Linux project is separate from Android forks.
What’s different
Adds configurable graphics and controller options, with RexLiveless community accounts and online services. The removed experimental co-op mode has no documented restoration.
What you can use today
beta14.1 provides a Windows ZIP and Linux AppImage and fixes Linux integration with RexLiveless. beta14 replaces EOS with RexLiveless for accounts, matchmaking, leaderboards and P2P lobbies, and fixes a startup race and Intel Arc rendering issues. Keep the frame cap at 60 to avoid physics problems. Co-op was removed in beta13 and no restoration is documented. RexLiveless online support is new; the README still says Linux sign-in and matchmaking need user testing, despite the beta14.1 hotfix. No macOS package or project-wide code reuse license was verified.
