Before installing
Use Windows 10/11 64-bit with DirectX 11 and about 13 GB free. Prepare your own USA or European Xbox 360 ISO and Title Update 3.
- Download ttt2_setup.exe from the author’s Releases page.
- Select the ISO and Title Update 3 in the installer. Let the file checks, build and shader preparation finish; this can take several minutes.
- Launch from the Desktop or Start menu shortcut. For online play, both players need the same port version with Steam running and signed in.
Online play and updates
World Arena and voice chat are unavailable. The community online service is separate from the original console service. Saves and profiles are stored in your Windows user folder and survive port updates.
Official installation instructions
Instructions checked against the author’s documentation on 2 November 2026. RemakeList has not installed the port or tested online play. You must supply your own game files; the port’s code license does not grant rights to the original game.
What it recreates
Statically recompiles the Xbox 360 version of Tekken Tag Tournament 2 for Windows, preparing title-specific code and data locally from your own disc and Title Update 3.
What’s different
Adds DirectX 11 rendering, shader preparation during installation and rollback matches over Steam. Player-run servers provide ranked matchmaking, leaderboards and replay search; they do not restore the original Namco service.
What you can use today
