File requirements
Supply files from an owned first-generation Jazz Jackrabbit installation or original shareware release. Complete-game data is separate from the free engine; shareware provides limited episodes. Keep the extracted game files together and point OpenJazz at their directory.

What it recreates
Reimplements the original Jazz Jackrabbit engine for modern systems while loading the original levels, graphics and music.
What’s different
Preserves the fast platform action and supports several original editions, including shareware and holiday episodes. This listing covers the first game, not Jazz Jackrabbit 2.
