What it recreates
OpenTTD rebuilds the transport-management gameplay of Transport Tycoon Deluxe in an open-source implementation.
What’s different
It brings the experience to Windows, macOS and Linux with expanded multiplayer support, and offers a route into the game using free replacement assets.
What you can use today
Desktop releases are available. Start with the required free OpenGFX2 or OpenGFX graphics; OpenSFX sound and OpenMSX music are optional. No original game files are needed for this route.
